Guy & Troy braved big swells, but were rewarded with a mixed bag of Barracuda, Mahi Mahi & Wahoo. He finished the trip saying “see you next year”.

Tim works in the NZ seafood industry and is a keen fisherman. He was sure we would catch fish, he was right.

After hooking his first fish, Phil thought the reel was making a funny noise. It turned out to be a stowaway (my cat snowflake). Phil got a trifecta, Wahoo, Tuna & Mahi Mahi as well as having humpbacks breaching close to the boat. I’m sure he will be back.

Recent charters produced some nice Wahoo. Esta & Yang had never caught a fish before. It took both of them to reel in this good sized fish. Jenny is an experienced angler and enjoyed the sounds of the screaming reels of a double strike.
